Visit the Skylands Water Company Website to setup an online account and to Pay your Bill electronically. For new water company customers, you must first contact us to receive your account number before you can setup your online account on the website.

Our Skylands Water Company manager is Tim Nesbitt. The Water Company Board hired Tim to manage our water service delivery and billing systems.

The Skylands Water Company is a user-owned corporation that provides residential water service to the Skylands neighborhood. Each property owner in Skylands is a shareholder of the water company. The water company is governed buy a Board of Directors, which is elected at the annual meeting each spring, usually in May. 

The company owns a well located off Bergis Road (at the end of the gravel road where Upper Cherry Lane dead ends into Bergis Road) and a storage tank located on the west side of the Crestline Drive loop. The company also has an excess demand agreement with the City of Lake Oswego.
